\npinched or tore my meniscus<\/p>\n
I’m starting to think
\nthat accidents may be
\nmy true art form<\/p>\n
I was walking around
\nthe foot of my bed
\nafter a day
\nof squatting a lot
\nin a volunteer at the
\nUniversity Library
\nand I felt a “pop”
\nfor lack of a better word
\nand immediately felt
\nas if someone
\nhad stuck a hot nail
\ninto the inside of my left knee
\nmy good knee<\/p>\n
suffered overnight
\nwithout much sleep
\nand my kind neighbour
\ndrove me to emergency
\nin the morning<\/p>\n
so it’s crutches
\nand tensor
\nand an
\nover the counter
\nanti inflammatory
\nfor 7 – 10 days<\/p>\n
my new job has been pushed back
\nto the 5th of April
\nso that will give my knee
\ntime to heal
\nprior to starting<\/p>\n
always looking for a silver lining eh?<\/p>\n
