I have been arguing with my GP for over a year
\nabout feeling like crap
\ncomplicated by the meds he had me on<\/p>\n
I’ve jokingly made reference
\nto what a treat it isn’t
\nto experience problem diabetes
\nalong with menopause
\nover the coures of a couple of years<\/p>\n
and I’ve made mention many a time
\nto the challenges I’ve experienced
\ntrying to get the diabetes diet
\nand the Crohn’s Disease diet
\nto play nice together<\/p>\n
I went to an endocronologist on Wed
\nhe reduced my diabetes meds
\nadded a diabetes buffer into the mix
\nand put me back on HRT<\/p>\n
he says I should eat for my Crohn’s diet
\nand he’ll medicate me for the diabetes<\/p>\n
today is the 2nd day
\nnot one hot flash so far today
\nnot from the diabetes
\nor from the menopause.<\/p>\n
for the first time in 2 or 3 years
\nI haven’t felt like I need a shower
\nand a change of clothes by 9AM
\nwhat a treat!<\/p>\n
life may be good again.
