I wish
\nI was almost anywhere else in the world
\nbut for here today<\/p>\n
I don’t cry often anymore
\nmy life is pretty good<\/p>\n
so I find it really sad
\nwhen someone
\ndoes their best
\nto intentionally hurt my feelings
\nin their burst of anger<\/p>\n
I acknowledge all the time
\nthat I am but a work in progress<\/p>\n
I repeat over and over
\n“it’s not about blame…
\nit’s about acknowledging a mistake
\nfixing it and moving on”
\nhowever, for some
\nthat’s not good enough<\/p>\n
I just don’t know what else
\nI can do…<\/p>\n
still
\nonce I get over vacillating
\nbetween hurt tears and angry tears
\n(cos hurt tears always make me angry)<\/p>\n
I’m back to trying my best
