lets discuss lack of customer service
\nI’ve said before that I ordered a new dishwasher
\nI ordered it but the company I ordered it from doesn’t deliver it
\nit is to be delivered to me by UPS<\/p>\n
so I called UPS and explained that I work for a living
\nand I need to know when to be there for receipt of my item
\nthey told me “Monday from 9AM to 7PM”<\/p>\n
I said “surely you can narrow it down – I work for a living”
\nthey said “Monday from 9AM to 7PM”<\/p>\n
so I said – “well there are 3 houses and a barn on the property
\nwhere will they deliver it to”<\/p>\n
he says “they will deliver it to the address”<\/p>\n
once again I say “there are 3 houses and a barn on the property
\nwhere will they deliver it”<\/p>\n
he says “they will deliver it to the address”<\/p>\n
I says “can we put a note on the file that they should deliver it to my specific house
\nI’ll give you directions”<\/p>\n
he says…”no – we can’t change the address until they’ve made at least one attempt at delivery”<\/p>\n
I say “I’m not changing the address – I’m just giving you directions”<\/p>\n
“no – we can’t change the address”<\/p>\n
I hang up and call back again
\nhoping against hope it was just that jackhole<\/p>\n
and I repeat the whole conversation over again….<\/p>\n
