she absolutely loves
\nto be tucked in my shirt
\nshe really thinks my bras
\nare wrong
\nbecause they don’t have 3 cups
\none for her :o)<\/p>\n
I had a bit of a day
\nwith her yesterday
\nshe didn’t eat or drink
\nfor most of the day
\nand frankly
\nthat’s too long
\nwhen you only weigh
\n3.5 lbs<\/p>\n
so before I went
\nto bed last night
\nshe and I and a eye dropper
\nhad a wee discussion
\naround some water<\/p>\n
she doesn’t like it much
\nbut it works for me
\nand belies the concern
\nI hold for her health
\nwhen she doesn’t drink<\/p>\n
this morning
\nshe was tucked in my shirt
\nlike a kangaroo
\nand I went into the kitchen
\nto make my breaky
\ncompletely forgetting
\nshe was there<\/p>\n
I got about half way finished
\nconstructing my breakfast
\nand all of a sudden
\nshe steps out
\nof the front of my shirt
\nand onto the counter!<\/p>\n
“what’s for breaky mom?”<\/p>\n
I have a couple
\nof small bottles of
\nessential oils…
\none is eucalyptus
\nand one
\nis jasmine<\/p>\n
I mostly use the eucalyptus
\nto stave off migraines
\nand the jasmine was a gift.<\/p>\n
So with Pixie still occasionally
\nusing potty pads
\n(most specifically
\nwhen I’m out
\nand she has to go)
\nI’ve been known
\nto put a cotton ball
\nwith a drop of eucalyptus
\nnear the pad
\nto stave off the stink
\nas it were…<\/p>\n
Pixie doesn’t like eucalyptus
\nso she pretty much leaves them alone<\/p>\n
Today
\njust for shits n giggles
\nI put out a cotton ball
\nwith a couple of drops
\nof jasmine oil<\/p>\n
She ate it.<\/p>\n
