\nand quite often it starts

\nbetween 6 and 7AM
\nin an attempt to keep
\nthe construction workers
\nfrom suffering
\nfrom the heat of the afternoon
\nin the summer<\/p>\n
but wtf about the people
\nstill sleeping between
\n6 and 7AM?
\nis their rest less important
\nthan the construction of roads
\nthe mowing of parks
\nthe building of houses?<\/p>\n
I don’t know
\nwhat I do know is that a dump truck
\nrumbled by at precisely 6AM
\nsome construction worker
\nthat lives down the road
\nand roused me out of that
\npost vampire sleepy
\nand the rooster
\nhas kept me up since<\/p>\n
I laid in bed

\nand I think I finally
\nhave mapped out in my mind
\nmy next tattoo
