I was lucky enough
\nto spend some time
\nin the company of family members
\nyesterday<\/p>\n
turns out it was quite good for me
\nnot only having their support
\nverbally, physically and spiritually
\nbut having 2 children there
\nbrought me out of feeling secluded
\nand back into day to day<\/p>\n
less me
\nmore they…<\/p>\n
and my house now smells
\nof lilacs
\na gift
\nfrom my cousin’s wife
\nwho staunchly remains
\nin my corner<\/p>\n
this is good for the weave<\/p>\n
Some have asked
\nwhy my life
\nhas been so hard?
\nwhy seemingly there have been more
\nhardships than most?<\/p>\n
I’ve been known
\nto ask the same question…
\nbut in my heart
\nthis is what I believe…<\/p>\n
I don’t share these beliefs often
\nbut because there have been
\nspecific questions I will….
\nfor those of you that have asked
\nwhat I believe
\nabout the concept of life and death<\/p>\n
I believe we each arrive in this web
\nwith a certain amount of tasks to accomplish
\nand lessons to learn<\/p>\n
some tasks are in service to others
\nsome tasks are lessons in the weave
\nsome tasks are harder than others
\nand
\nmost tasks are not related<\/p>\n
each of us
\nweaves our\u00a0 own web
\nturn in
\nturn out<\/p>\n
the longer we weave
\nthe more often we’ve
\nbeen weavers
\ni.e.
\nthe harder the lesson
\nor the task
\nthe longer our “spirit”
\nhas been in the loop
\nhence the concept
\nof “old souls”<\/p>\n
each of us
\nfinishes our tasks
\nat our own pace<\/p>\n
when our tasks are done
\nwe can move on
\nto the next web<\/p>\n
so for instance
\nif one of my tasks
\nwas to become a wisdome
\n(strength\/honour\/wisdom)
\nand I didn’t
\nuntil I was very old
\nI’d be here longer
\nthan someone who’s only task
\nwas to make you smile.<\/p>\n
it’s harsh
\nand it’s gentle
\nand in it can be found
\nall the answers one needs
\nif they simply look<\/p>\n
my lessons are not yet learned
\nyet with each lesson
\nI grow closer
\nto my next weave<\/p>\n
when my tasks
\nand lessons
\nare learned
\nI too
\nwould move on
\nto the next weave
\non the web
\neach one taking longer
\nthan the last…<\/p>\n
all this
\nhelps me to deal with
\nthe very length, breath and harshness
\nof the lessons
\nin my weave
\nthis time around<\/p>\n
had I not been in the weave
\nas often as I have
\nmy lessons would be simpler
\nand quicker
\nmy time here shorter
\nand I’d move along
\nwith less tears<\/p>\n
however
\nwith less tears
\ncomes less capacity
\nfor joy
\nand I find
\nthat at this moment in time
\nmy joy is close to overwhelming<\/p>\n
the support I have received
\nfrom all of you
\nhas finally gotten me over the hump
\nof my previous lessons
\nand moved me to this task
\nthe task of understanding
\nand loving wholeheartedly
\nsomeone
\nI’ve never actually met.<\/p>\n
I thank you all
\nfor bringing me the joy
\nand support I’ve felt
\nover the last 3 days<\/p>\n
If there can be something
\ngood to come of this
\nmost recent lesson
\nin my weave
\nit has to be
\na need\/urge
\nto write again
\nit’s been missing in my life
\nfor a few months
\nand as I’ve said before
\nif I don’t write
\nmy foufou valve will blow
\nLoL<\/p>\n
