I’m home

\nno big breaky for me today

just over 3 hours later
\nand I’m still online
\nresearching
\nand
\ncatching up<\/span><\/p>\n

I made myself a list
\nof things
\nthat need to get done<\/span><\/p>\n

and started to experience
\nsome heightened anxiety
\naround the amount of it
\nincreased sense of urgency
\nbreathing faster
\ntoe tapping
\n“get on with it”<\/span><\/p>\n

erased the list<\/span><\/p>\n

I refuse to feel
\nthat anxiety
\nin my day to day
\nI will find a way
\nto live
\nwithout it<\/span><\/p>\n

I will step back
\nand breathe<\/span><\/p>\n

slowly in
\nslowly out<\/span><\/p>\n

I will find
\nwhat’s right for me
\nand I will remain
\nhappy<\/span><\/p>\n
