I have been watching
\na double wide mobile
\nin a very “wet coast”
\n55+ neighbourhood
\nfor about 6 mths<\/p>\n

it started out at 101,000.00
\nbut because it’s old
\nit, over time
\ncame all the way down to 44, 900.00
\nin an attempt to sell it<\/p>\n

it had been at 44,900.00
\nfor about 3 weeks<\/p>\n

ever the procrastinator
\non Wed I sent an email to my bother
\nasking him his opinion on the mobile
\nI told him my intent is to move closer to work
\nand that this would be a 7-10 min drive
\nas opposed to my current
\nhalf hour
\nso
\nwe discussed the pros and cons
\nI said that immediately I’d have
\nto pull out the 30 yr old orange carpeting
\nand install laminate
\nand paint etc
\nbesides I’d like a carport cos of the Pickle
\nand then there’d be all the work
\nmoving outta an appt that
\nI’ve lived in for 12 years
\nand maybe it was just a pipe dream
\ncos my health is currently
\ngiving me a hard time<\/p>\n

he sent me the following email.
\n“Don’t let moving out of your place,
\nor working on the new place
\nworry you as I don’t have $$,
\nbut I have a strong back.
\nputting a car port up is is nothing
\nI would be happy to help with my hands,
\nas I can’t with my wallet.
\nlet me know when you can look at it”<\/p>\n

so I called
\nand it had just sold.<\/p>\n

a lot of people
\ncould have allowed themselves
\nsome real frustration
\nat having waited one day too many<\/p>\n

I think it was my karma kicking in
\nthat I needed some kind of
\nsupport from my family
\nand it came in terms of the bother’s offer<\/p>\n

and that’s good enough for me right now
\nI have all the time in the world
\nto find the right place
\nbut those words
\nfrom my bother
\nlifted my spirits
\nand made me feel hopeful
\nfor my future…<\/p>\n

I know it’ll happen…
