\u201cWe\u2026..We have to stop them!\u2026We have to do something!\u2026I have to go home!!!!\u201d my voice rises both in volume and decibel.<\/p>\n

Wonder Woman turns on me \u201cDo You Think I am unaware you whiny little bitch?\u201d she yells right in my face as she grabs me by the shoulders shaking me.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s my Little Man out there and the last time he tried this he got shot!!!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOh god\u2026\u201d
\u201cOh fuck\u2026\u201d
\u201cOh god what am I gonna do?\u201d I whimper as I hear another volley of shots\u2026and then gun silence as sound of bikes continue around the track.<\/p>\n

\u201cJust one more baby\u201d I hear her breath and I look back up at her as she watches Robert re-load for the third time, \u201cjust one more and yer in\u201d and I realized I\u2019m not the baby she\u2019s talking to.<\/p>\n

Robert raises his arm as I sink back into my chair\u2026\u201dI need something stronger than beer to drink\u201d I think and look around for the bottle. I remember where it is just as he shoots again, someone passes me a joint and I absent mindedly take a toke.<\/p>\n

Two shots, and then the unmistakable sound of a bike out of control, this time he\u2019s hit something and I hold my breath and turn to the field. <\/p>\n

As if in slow motion I see a bike with a huge cemetery style bitch bar go down as it slides in one direction and it\u2019s rider in another. All around it bikes are skidding out of control and lights are coming on and people are yelling.<\/p>\n

I sink lower in my chair and oddly (as often happens to me in periods of high stress) my thoughts are pulled away to another time another place, both familiar and scary. <\/span>
