that I’ve learned
\nover the last couple of weeks
\n(stay tuned for a metaphor
\nlooking for a place to happen LoL)<\/strong><\/p>\n

but srsly….
\nI’ve made my world too small.<\/strong><\/p>\n

yup,
\nyou heard me…<\/strong><\/p>\n

I did it
\nand I accept
\nfull responsibility for it<\/strong><\/p>\n

sometimes I simply
\ncan’t see the forest
\nfor the trees….<\/p>\n

I’ve put all my eggs in one basket
\nand therefore
\nit shouldn’t have surprised me
\nthat
\nwhen that basket fell
\nevery single egg broke.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I’m moving on…<\/strong><\/p>\n

life is too short to allow hurt
\ndeception and ignorance,
\nlack of fairness, and assumptions
\nto be my nexus<\/strong><\/p>\n

I’ve got
\nplaces to go
\nand
\nthings to do<\/strong><\/p>\n

I’ll see those I want to
\nand ignore the rest<\/p>\n

so much so
\nthat the time for feeling
\nuncomfortable or sad
\nabout burnt bridges
\nis well past
\nI’m actually truly surprised
\nat how past it has become…<\/strong><\/p>\n

As long as I do
\nonce simple thing
\nI’ll be fine….<\/strong><\/p>\n

I just need to
\nkeep in my mind
\nwho burnt the bridges
\nin the first place<\/strong><\/p>\n

it wasn’t me….
\nand
\nif it worries others
\nthey only have
\nthemselves to blame<\/strong><\/p>\n

nothing will change that.<\/p>\n

I also need
\nto continue to
\nbelieve in the principles of
\n~Karma<\/a>~<\/strong><\/p>\n

in that
\nwhat you put out
\nwill come back upon you
\nthree fold….<\/strong><\/p>\n

so…
