just so ya know…<\/strong><\/span>
after I finished licking my wounds <\/strong><\/span>
on the weekend….<\/strong><\/span>
I got up a full head o steam <\/strong><\/span>
(sic…pissed right off) <\/strong><\/span>
and went to Employee Relations on Wed <\/strong><\/span>
and laid it all out <\/strong><\/span>
and wrapped it up in a bow for them<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I told em that I’d taken <\/strong><\/span>
my whole wee pail <\/strong><\/span>
of conflict resolution skills <\/strong><\/span>
and tossed em right in her face…<\/strong><\/span>
(Likely to no avail…) <\/strong><\/span>
but hey…a girls gotta try…<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

she got called over there yesterday afternoon..<\/strong><\/span>
and she came back <\/strong><\/span>
and strongly suggested that I take <\/strong><\/span>
all my lieu time off in March <\/strong><\/span>
to attend a course <\/strong><\/span>
at one o them “touchy feely’ places <\/strong><\/span>
she frequents with all the other old hippies….<\/strong><\/span>
<\/strong><\/span>
but I said no <\/strong><\/span>
cos my blister <\/strong><\/span>
will be here in March <\/strong><\/span>
and if I’m home <\/strong><\/span>
for the whole time she’s here….<\/strong><\/span>
one of us may die <\/strong><\/span>
<\/strong><\/span>
*ahem*<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

She is off today…<\/strong><\/span>
but ER confirmed to me <\/strong><\/span>
that there is an “no retribution” policy here…<\/strong><\/span>
so if she says a word to me about it <\/strong><\/span>
I go back to ER and her goose is cooked.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
