for 10 years I’ve lived in this building<\/span><\/strong>
and for 10 years I’ve complained about living in this building<\/span><\/strong>
<\/span><\/strong>
I need to get outta here<\/span><\/strong>
but that involves packing and moving<\/span><\/strong>
and I am a creature of habit<\/span><\/strong>
<\/span><\/strong>
and then there’s the whole conversation <\/span><\/strong>
about the VOD <\/span><\/strong>
and what\/how the hell I’d be able to deal with that<\/span><\/strong>
<\/span><\/strong>
she won’t move into a house with me<\/span><\/strong>
she now won’t move to my bother’s cos <\/span><\/strong>
he’s got a girlfriend<\/span><\/strong>
and besides<\/span><\/strong>
there’s a possibility the fadder <\/span><\/strong>
will be living in his trailer <\/span><\/strong>
there for a couple of months<\/span><\/strong>
<\/span><\/strong>
the blister will drop in from afar<\/span><\/strong>
again in Jan or Feb<\/span><\/strong>
to once more tell me <\/span><\/strong>
how much I owe the VOD<\/span><\/strong>
and what I should be doing<\/span><\/strong>
to take care of her properly<\/span><\/strong>
and then she’ll bugger off again<\/span><\/strong>
leaving me<\/span><\/strong>
a creature of habit<\/span><\/strong>
alone here<\/span><\/strong>
with the “Queen” of Resistance to Change<\/span><\/strong>
(at least I come by it honestly)<\/span><\/strong>
<\/span><\/strong>
ugh<\/span><\/strong>
<\/span><\/strong>
I had almost made up my mind<\/span><\/strong>
to wait till I am 55 to purchase something’<\/span><\/strong>
because I want a mobile<\/span><\/strong>
and everything that’s been in my price range<\/span><\/strong>
has been in a 55+ park<\/span><\/strong>
and besides…that’s only 2.5 years<\/span><\/strong>
<\/span><\/strong>
but today I’m thinking<\/span><\/strong>
that I need to get on this<\/span><\/strong>
this morning<\/span><\/strong>
I went to the laundry room<\/span><\/strong>
during my scheduled laundry time<\/span><\/strong>
to find some guy in there going thru my knickers<\/span><\/strong>
<\/span><\/strong>
not that there’s anything more than <\/span><\/strong>
cotton old lady drawers<\/span><\/strong>
but they’re mine<\/span><\/strong>
and he should fuck off!<\/span><\/strong>
<\/span><\/strong>
I’m so tired of not being able to live<\/span><\/strong>
in my personal space <\/span><\/strong>
the way I want to<\/span><\/strong>
imagine getting to a point in your life<\/span><\/strong>
where you fantasize about <\/span><\/strong>
doing laundry when you want<\/span><\/strong>
<\/span><\/strong>
I think I’m right fucking tired <\/span><\/strong>
of having to base my decisions<\/span><\/strong>
on “adult” thought processes<\/span><\/strong>
as opposed to gut<\/span><\/strong>
<\/span><\/strong>
I WANT OUT of this building<\/span><\/strong>
but I guess I want an easy way<\/span><\/strong>
cos <\/span><\/strong>
I’m not sure I can afford it<\/span><\/strong>
nor can I handle the idea of packing<\/span><\/strong>
<\/span><\/strong>
on the flip side<\/span><\/strong>
the drunken deviant <\/span><\/strong>
that smashed my trike in the parking lot<\/span><\/strong>
in Sept<\/span><\/strong>
handed over 14 – 100.00 bills yesterday<\/span><\/strong>
as a start in paying for the damages<\/span><\/strong>
to my trike<\/span><\/strong>
<\/span><\/strong>
so <\/span><\/strong>
thats one less thing to scrape for<\/span><\/strong>
<\/span><\/strong>
jeeez<\/span><\/strong>
do people actually get to a point<\/span><\/strong>
where they don’t have to base their<\/span><\/strong>
life decisions <\/span><\/strong>
on how much <\/span><\/strong>
they’ll have in the bank?<\/span><\/strong>
<\/span><\/strong>
how is it that all these people I know<\/span><\/strong>
travel<\/span><\/strong>
and I can’t afford a car?<\/span><\/strong>
how is it<\/span><\/strong>
that so many people<\/span><\/strong>
own their own homes<\/span><\/strong>
and I can’t afford <\/span><\/strong>
an outhouse<\/span><\/strong>
<\/span><\/strong>
I think maybe I should just shut up<\/span><\/strong>
