Work is pissin me off again<\/span>
seems it happens in fits n starts<\/span>
<\/span>
I get to the stage where I figure<\/span>
that’s it – I’ve had enough<\/span>
<\/span>
then sommat nice happens <\/span>
and I change my mind and decide to stay<\/span>
and we’re all comfy cosy for a week er two<\/span>
and then it starts all over again!<\/span>
<\/span>
jeeeeeeeez<\/span>
<\/span>
I just don’t seem to be able to get a handle<\/span>
on the “color of the sky” at the management level<\/span>
<\/span>
I mean really<\/span>
do they think all this stuff that they are implimenting <\/span>
right now to fight the “morale issue” <\/span>
is really gonna make a difference?<\/span>
<\/span>
while I appreciate the effort <\/span>
once again – to me<\/span>
it’s too little too late<\/span>
<\/span>
truly<\/span>
if there was seriously some support<\/span>
for one who has issues<\/span>
without<\/span>
month’s of red tape<\/span>
or abject stupidity on behalf of the <\/span>
powers that be<\/span>
<\/span>
maybe there wouldn’t be rumbles <\/span>
off a mass exodus out the door<\/span>
when the March bonus gets paid?<\/span>
<\/span>
then again<\/span>
maybe not!<\/span>
<\/span>
still<\/span>
they just don’t seem to get <\/span>
that it’s all about momentum<\/span>
get the ball rolling <\/span>
and keep it rolling<\/span>
<\/span>
but don’t drop it<\/span>
don’t let it stop<\/span>
