here I am
a week later
it’s Saturday
and the day started out
foggy enough
I couldn’t see
the forest for the trees
however the sun
is now shining
and I’m feeling
not half bad
this week involved
2 visits to the hospital
and 2 visits to the Dr
my life is so much fun
sometimes
I just can’t stand it
they still cant figure out
what is causing all this
but they are more than
able to prescribe
antibiotics
and I’m at the stage
where if the antibiotic
cuts the pain
and the bleeding
I’m all for it
I’ve been tested
and I do not have
c difficle
in speaking with
the Dr yesterday
he advises
that it can’t be
my kidneys
or bladder
because those
were all scoped 2 years ago
and were perfectly healthy
uhhhhmmmm?
2 years?
*sigh*
we had a “conversation”
and I’m now being scheduled
for ultrasounds
on my kidneys
and bladder
sheesh!
right smack dab
in the middle of all this
this week
comes a blow
from the pharmaceutical community
once again (same time as last year)
the company that makes
the cancer med
that I am on for Crohn’s disease
stops making it
and there is a world wide shortage
as a result
both myself
and my pharmacist
have been trying to contact
the specialist
that deals with my Crohn’s
she has yet to respond
to either of us
which I assume
means that her whole practice
is freaking
for the same reason I am
however
I’ve had no meds
for my Crohn’s since Tues
and I’m recalcitrant
to go back to the drug
we used as a substitute
last time
as it made me
very very ill.
like I need help
In other news
I’ve been given the boot
from a group
that I helped create
several years ago
as a result
of something I said
in my blog
last week
suffice it to say
that there’ve been many goings on
over the years
but at this point
those people that caused me to be turfed
no longer have the ability
to hurt me
there are still however
people in that group
that will continue to be
my friends
and
the people
from that group
that would like to remain
in touch
will do so
and those that don’t
will not be missed.
